Your photos, your control

Privacy & Deletion Policy

Your family photographs are deeply personal. This page explains exactly what happens to them from the moment you upload — and how to remove anything, anytime.

What we never do with your photos

We never sell or share your photos

Your uploaded photographs are never sold, licensed, or shared with any third party. They exist only to produce your restoration.

We never train on your images

Your photos are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or our provider's. Your family's moments stay yours.

We never display them publicly

Nothing you upload appears in a gallery, marketing material, or public showcase. Sample restorations on this site come only from images we own.

Processing is temporary by design

Your image is sent to our AI restoration provider only for the moment it takes to generate the result. It is not retained there as a personal collection.

What happens when you press Restore

When you restore a photograph, the image is sent securely to our AI restoration provider to generate the repaired result. This happens only for the photo you actively choose to restore — nothing is processed in the background and nothing is queued without your action.

The provider returns the restored image to us so it can be shown in your account. We do not maintain a browsable archive of your uploads; the original and restored versions are kept attached to your account only so you can review and download them.

We never publish, share, or use your images for anything beyond delivering your restoration. The before-and-after samples shown elsewhere on this site come only from photographs we own and contributed voluntarily.

Deletion

How long your photos stay, and how to remove them

  1. 1

Results stay until you remove them

Restored images remain visible in your account history so you can review, compare, and download them at your own pace — there is no automatic timer forcing them to disappear.

  2. 2

Delete any photo or result anytime

Every item in your restoration history has a delete action. Removing an item clears it from your account immediately, on your schedule.

  3. 3

    Download before you delete

Because processing runs through our AI provider, we can't recover a result once you delete it. Save anything you want to keep to your device first.

  4. 4

    Deleting is final

Once removed, a photo or its restored result is gone from your viewable history. You can always restore the same photograph again using a credit if you change your mind later.

Your account data

When you sign in, we store only what's needed to run your account: your email address, your credit balance, and a record of your restorations and purchases so you can track them. We do not build a profile of you, sell your data, or share it with advertisers.

If you'd like your entire account and history removed, email our support team from the address you signed in with and we'll wipe it personally.
